  • Processing time reflects the time needed to handcraft each item with care.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Because items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Tracking Information

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Items
